The study examines the regulations and laws governing blockchain in system of labor relations. Labor relations have always been governed controlled, due to significant opportunism participants continuous modification. accumulation changes should lead adaptation regulations. In this regard, purpose work is investigate impact use from point view law highlight opportunities threats, propose options for normative regulation distributed ledgers world work. As a result study, gaps highlighted that do not allow using full potential blockchain.
